Jason Martell is an Associate Attorney at Gunster since July 2023, having previously served as a Summer Associate at the same firm in May 2021. Prior experience includes a Summer Associate position at Baker & Hostetler LLP in July 2020 and a Financial Services Audit Intern role at Ernst & Young in the summer of 2018. Jason holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, a Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from the University of Georgia School of Law, a Master of Accounting (MAcc), and a Bachelor of Accounting (BSAc), both from the University of Florida.
