Joseph Raffetto is a Partner at Gunderson Dettmer, where a practice focuses on representing technology companies throughout their lifecycles. This includes counseling entrepreneurs on formation and corporate structuring, managing venture capital and growth financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and advising on corporate governance and day-to-day legal matters. The diverse client base encompasses the technology industry, including sectors such as consumer internet, software, fintech, telecommunications, and entertainment technology. Joseph Raffetto previously interned in the Derivatives Group at Barclays Global Investors and holds a J.D. from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
