Vongsakoun's extensive experience includes positions such as Senior Director of Hospitality at Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel, and Vice President of Food & Beverage at Wind Creek Bethlehem and Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem, where significant operational contributions were made to AAA Four Diamond Resorts. Previous roles span Director of Food and Beverage at Ameristar Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk and Seneca Resorts & Casinos, along with managerial positions at Kohler Co. and Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where Vongsakoun directed multiple food, beverage, and banquet operations. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Lewis University and an AOS in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
