Born in 1974 in Amasya, Murat Kırİlk completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Amasya. He continues his university education. Starting his business life in 1992, Kırİlk continues his business life as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Board of Directors in the metal, construction, health, and tourism sectors.

Murat Kirlangiç assumed the duty of Board Member of Amasya Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2005, Murat Kırılım was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2013. In the elections held in April 2018, he was re-elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and continues his duty. He also served as a TOBB Tax Commission Member between 2013 and 2018, and he is still a Member of the Board of Directors of OKA (Middle Black Sea Development Agency) and Chairman of the Board of Amasya Organized Industrial Zone. Murat Kırılım, who was elected as a member of the TOBB Chambers of Commerce and Industry Council in 2018, is married.
