Martin started cooperating with the GUMOTEX Group in 2018 - he analyzed the Group's investment projects. In 2019–2020 he worked as an interim manager of the subsidiary ZPV Rožnov and from 2021 he was appointed investment director of the GUMOTEX Group. He started his professional career in Škoda as, in the years 1995–2008 he worked for the German concern Rodenstock, a manufacturer of spectacle lenses. He built a production plant in the Czech Republic with more than 500 employees, which he ran as well as sales offices in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. Since 2009, Martin has joined his further career with the Czech investment group Expandia as, where he has led and restructured Jitona as and is responsible for real estate projects.
