František was appointed CEO of the GUMOTEX Group in May 2019. His previous work was associated with the PEGAS NONWOVENS Group, a leading European nonwovens manufacturer, where he has held various positions since 1996, from lawyer, HR director, sales, purchasing and logistics director to the post of CEO, which he held from 2008 to 2008. František has extensive experience in managing a publicly traded company, building production plants in the Czech Republic and abroad (Egypt and South Africa), developing and installing state-of-the-art technologies, implementing refinancing projects using various forms of financing, building a corporate culture with a strong focus on operational excellence, R&D insurance.
