Mandy Ma's work experience began in 2016 when they worked as a Video Marketing Intern at Hotel Nikko San Francisco. From June 2016 to August 2019, they worked at Sephora USA, Inc. as a SUBC Facilitator and Beauty Advisor. Starting in September 2019, Mandy worked as a Makeup Artist until June 2022.
