Colby Todd, CSC, is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club since December 2022. Prior to this position, Colby held the role of Sous Chef at Wexford in Hilton Head from October 2021 to December 2022 and was a Restaurant Chef at The Landings Club between March 2019 and October 2021. Additional experience includes a Line Cook position at The Marshes of Skidaway Island from April 2015 to July 2021, a Cook 3 role at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa from September 2018 to March 2019, and a Line Cook position at Hampton Hall Club from January 2015 to March 2015. Colby Todd completed a Diploma of Education in Culinary Arts/Chef Training at Savannah Technical College from January 2014 to July 2016.
