Toby Catlett has extensive experience in emergency services and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as the EHS and Quality Control Manager at Gulf Stream Environmental since April 2022, Toby previously held the position of EHS Coordinator at Gulf Stream Construction. Toby’s career began with a lengthy tenure as a Firefighter/Paramedic with Miami Dade County Fire Rescue Department from February 2002 to May 2020. Additionally, Toby served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Navy Corpsman/8404 from June 2001 to April 2012, attached to the 4th ANGLICO.
