Vincy Wilson, CHRP, currently serves as the Director - HRBP at GMG, where responsibilities include engaging with heads of departments on manpower budget and planning, as well as developing HR strategies for talent retention and development. Prior to this role, Vincy held various HRBP positions at Etoile Group, overseeing HR functions for a network of luxury fashion boutiques, and served as a Senior HR Officer at Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group, focusing on learning and development, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition, and employee relations. Vincy began a career in HR as an Executive at eClinicalWorks and worked as a consultant at Spice BPO and Humanwareindia.
