Rasheed has been with Gulf Consult for over 33 years and is an integral part of its management team. He is currently a Director of the firm and Head of the Infrastructure Department. He has extensive experience in the field of utilities, especially sanitary networks and treatment, and is a key liaison with all of the related Ministries and the Municipality. He is a member of both the Kuwait Society of Engineers and the Jordanian Engineers Association.

Rasheed graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Kuwait University in 1981, and acquired his master's degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Newcastle, U.K., in 1996.
