Marlene Douglass has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Marlene is currently the Director of Human Resources at Gulf Companies since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Spitzer Industries, Inc. from November 2021 to October 2022, and as the Director of Human Resources from December 2019 to November 2021. Marlene also held the position of HR Manager - Orizon Division at Spitzer Industries from September 2014 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, Marlene worked as a Human Resources Generalist at OpSec Security, Inc. from September 2012 to July 2014, and as a Payroll Coordinator at MedStar Health from February 2011 to June 2012. Their career started at Actavis Hungary Kft. (now Allergan) as a Human Resources Generalist from August 2006 to December 2008.

Marlene Douglass completed their education with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Leadership and Management from Cecil College between 2009 and 2012. Marlene then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management/HR Management at Wilmington University, graduating between 2012 and 2014.
