Leah LaRue is a seasoned professional in project and asset management, currently serving as a Project Analyst at Gulf Coast Housing Partnership, Inc. since August 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Development & Acquisitions Associate at Intervest Development from November 2018 to August 2023 and Project Manager at Construction Resource Management, LLC from April 2014 to February 2016. Leah has also worked as a Bookkeeper at Watkins and Company CPAs, LTD, and held positions with G&L Developers, LLC and Leverage Asset Management, LLC, where expertise in financial and asset management was utilized. As COO and Senior Vice President of Quad States Management, LLC, Leah was involved in third-party asset and property management for affordable housing properties. Earlier in the career, Leah served as Senior Asset Manager for Quad States Development, overseeing property portfolio management and compliance. The foundational role as Junior Project Manager at Custom Church Interiors contributed to a diverse skill set in construction project management.
