Diane M. has extensive experience in mental health and counseling, currently serving as the RYSE Manager, VOCA Manager, and Team Lead for Texans Recovering Together at The Gulf Coast Center since November 2017. Previously, Diane worked at Texas A&M University Galveston Campus as a Counselor LPC, providing personal and career counseling to students, and organizing various campus events. Diane's early career at The Gulf Coast Center involved roles such as Mental Health Care Coordinator, Outreach Worker, and Rehabilitative Case Manager, focusing on crisis intervention, case management, and community outreach in response to disasters such as Hurricane Ike and Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Diane holds a Master of Science in Counseling/LPC from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology/Sociology from Texas A&M University.
