Haseeb Durrani has extensive experience in the airline industry, currently serving as an RTO-Reservation & Ticketing Officer at Gulf Air since January 2020. Responsibilities include managing reservation and ticketing activities, overseeing group bookings, and handling sales support queries. Prior to this role, Haseeb spent nearly a decade at Pakistan International Airlines, progressing from an RTA-Reservation & Ticketing Assistant to an RTS-Reservation & Ticketing Supervisor, where key achievements focused on staff supervision, quality control, and customer service enhancement. Haseeb has also gained valuable experience in real estate through managerial and consultant positions at G.D Properties and Eve Real Estate. Educational qualifications include a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur, highlighting solid academic foundations in accounting and business management.
