Zeal Panchasara has accumulated significant experience in human resources, currently serving as Deputy Manager Human Resources at Gujarat Industries Power Company Ltd since June 2019, following a prior role as Assistant Manager Human Resources. Previous experience includes an internship in Medical Social Work at the Psychiatric Department GMERS in early 2019, and HR internships at both Cosmos Impex (I) Pvt. Ltd and Reliance Industries Limited in 2018. Zeal holds a Master of Social Work degree from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Mass Media from Wilson College, Chowpatty, Mumbai.
