Dr. Manoj Agrawal currently serves as Chief Manager at Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited since September 2023. Prior to this role, Dr. Agrawal was the Head of Research and Development at Matangi Industries LLP from July 2022 to August 2023, and held positions as Research and Development Manager at Navin Fluorine International Ltd. from March 2021 to July 2022. Dr. Agrawal's extensive experience in research includes a tenure at Lupin from October 2009 to March 2021, where roles included Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist. Academically, Dr. Agrawal earned a Post Graduate Certificate in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore. A Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Synthesis was obtained from Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University, complemented by a Master of Science in Drug Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor's of Science in Industrial Chemistry from Amravati University.
