Alex Koenig has nearly a decade of experience in sales, specializing in Pro Audio, Drums, Percussion, Keyboards, Guitars, and Accessories at The Guitar Center Company. As an Account Manager for Guitar Center Professional, Alex focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers to enhance their buying experience. In a previous role as Sales and Training Manager, responsibilities included leading sales staff to improve performance and coaching on policies. Alex's experience also includes significant work in Grand Openings and Special Operations at Guitar Center, contributing to over 50 store locations across the country through merchandising, relocations, and remodels. A Bachelor of Arts in Music Industry and Retail Merchandising was earned from SUNY Oneonta in 2011.
