Tomomi Sekioka 関岡 智美 is the President and PR Consultant at PR4U Inc. since September 2018, also serving as a Certified Career Consultant since December 2021. Sekioka has been an Official Adjudicator for Guinness World Records since December 2018. Prior to this, Sekioka worked at the International Monetary Fund as a Senior Communications Manager from May 2010 to August 2018 and held corporate communications roles at various IT companies from February 2007 to April 2010, overseeing global communications and crisis management. Sekioka began a career in journalism as a Business/Finance reporter at Bloomberg LP from December 1997 to February 2007, covering significant financial sectors in Japan. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Management from Waseda University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Temple University Japan, along with studies in the UK.
