Matthew Niyazi MSc is an experienced Reward Manager currently at Guinness World Records since January 2022. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Reward Officer at RNIB from May 2019 to December 2021 and as a Reward Advisor at McDonald's from February 2018 to April 2019, focusing on recognition, pensions, and benefits. Matthew began their career as a Research Scientist at Bustop Clothing in late 2017, where research explored the relationship between Conscientiousness and Job Performance. Additionally, Matthew was the CEO of Whatson-Plymouth, a social media platform for students in the Plymouth area, from July 2007 to September 2011. Matthew holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of London and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Plymouth.
