Crissy Pratt currently serves as a School Board Member for Guilford County Schools since December 2023 and holds the position of Director of Instructional Design at Pansophic Learning since January 2022. Previously, Crissy Pratt was the Director of Curriculum at Hudson Global Scholars, managing a team of over 25 Subject Matter Experts in the creation of K-12 curriculum for both international and domestic private school audiences. Prior roles include Manager of Instructional Design and Development at Pearson Online & Blended Learning and Senior Instructional Designer for the same organization, where responsibilities included overseeing instructional media design and ensuring adherence to accessibility standards. Crissy Pratt also has experience in curriculum development, having worked with Johns Hopkins University and Prince George's County Public Schools as an instructional facilitator and lead teacher. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Salisbury University.
