Daniel Acosta, MBA, is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Architecture, DevOps, DataOps, and Release Management at Guild Mortgage since August 2023. Acosta is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Cognitive Grind Consulting LLC, which commenced in November 2023. Previously, Acosta held the position of Senior Architect at Credera from August 2021 to June 2023, providing technical advisory and project management for clients across the Global Fast-Food, Bio-Pharma, and Merchandise industries, with a focus on MarTech and DevOps. Other notable roles include Digital Engineering Manager at Republic Finance, where Acosta directed technical digital transformations, and Engineering Manager at PrimeLending, where strategic vision and implementation of application development platforms were overseen. Acosta holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems/Marketing from Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science/Psychology from Canisius University.
