Vaish Shastry is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and finance. Currently serving as Director at Guild Education since October 2021, Vaish previously held the position of Engagement Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Portfolio Manager at A Better Chicago and as an Investment Banking Associate in the Consumer & Retail Group at William Blair from 2018 to 2020. Early roles include Investment Banking Summer Associate at William Blair, MBA Consultant at Plan International, and Executive Director at the Sunflower County Freedom Project, a nonprofit aimed at developing young leaders in the Mississippi Delta. Additional experiences include positions as a Data Analyst at KIPP New Jersey, 2010 Corps Member with Teach For America, and Marketing Intern at Accenture.
