Rachel Laureyns is an experienced pastry chef with a strong background in baking and pastry arts, holding a Bachelor’s Degree and an Associate Degree from Johnson & Wales University. Currently serving as a Pastry Chef at Guido's Fresh Marketplace since March 2022, Rachel previously worked as a Baker at Williams College and as a Lead Baker at Haven Cafe & Bakery, where responsibilities included quality assurance, team training, and the creation of seasonal bakery items. Prior roles include Program Advisor at Canyon Ranch, where an emphasis was placed on customer service and guest satisfaction, and various baking positions at The University of Texas at Austin and Williams College, contributing to large-scale production and menu planning.
