Caroline Kincheloe has over a decade of experience in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager for Retirement at GuideStone Financial Resources since August 2011. Caroline has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Corporate Trainer, Corporate Trainer, Senior Benefit Administrator, and Benefit Administrator. Prior to GuideStone, Caroline worked as a Client Service Representative at Venture Encoding from 2009 to 2011. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business, where the degree was completed between 2005 and 2009.
