Sarah Osborne Pechnick currently serves as Senior Director at Guidepost Solutions, where responsibilities include guiding DEA registrants in developing and implementing compliance policies with the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) and related regulations. Prior experience at the Drug Enforcement Administration spanned over 13 years and included roles such as Lead Staff Coordinator and CSOS Liaison, where expertise in the Controlled Substance Ordering System was utilized, as well as oversight of regulatory matters in the import and export of controlled substances. Additional positions included Course Developer/Instructor and Diversion Investigator, focusing on criminal and administrative investigations related to controlled substances. Earlier in their career, Sarah served as Orders Processing Manager at VelocityEHS | MSDSonline, specializing in compliance solutions for OSHA regulations. Sarah holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University.
