Will Sisca has a diverse work experience. Will started their career as an Analyst at Point Pickup in June 2019, where they worked until August 2019. Will then joined Vail Resorts as a Ski Instructor in December 2020 and left in March 2021. After that, they worked at Guidepoint as a Research Associate from March 2021 to September 2022. Will then transitioned to the role of Growth & Strategy Associate at Guidepoint in August 2022, where they worked until February 2023. Currently, Will holds the position of AVP, Account Manager - Credit at Guidepoint from January 2023.

Will Sisca attended Hamilton College from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
