Vishiela Rudy Keneta has a diverse work experience. Vishiela started their career at Guidepoint in 2021, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager, Research Manager, Senior Research Associate, and Associate. At Guidepoint, Vishiela was responsible for project management, client development, and primary research for Southeast Asia and India-based management consulting firms. Vishiela achieved recognition as one of the top five managers in Singapore during their time there.

Before joining Guidepoint, Vishiela worked at Studio Miu Art as an Administrative Staff from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they efficiently scheduled appointments, managed inventory, provided customer service, and assisted with daily operations.

Prior to Studio Miu Art, Vishiela was a Teaching Assistant at Singapore Management University from 2020 to 2021, where they supported faculty members in their teaching responsibilities.

In 2018, Vishiela worked as a Mathematics Tutor in a private capacity, where they prepared lesson plans and successfully improved the performance of a primary-5 student.

In the same year, they also served as an Administrative Manager at Gelar Budaya SMU Komunitas Indonesia, where they directed and organized various teams and ensured the timely collection and preparation of administrative data.

Additionally, Vishiela gained experience in event management and marketing as a Corporate Liaison and Marketing & Ticketing Team member at Gelar Budaya SMU Komunitas Indonesia from 2017 to 2018. Vishiela created sponsorship booklets, liaised with companies, developed marketing strategies, and managed ticketing sales.

Vishiela briefly volunteered as an Operations Helper at SMU International Connection in 2018.

Vishiela Rudy Keneta's education history began in 2014 when they attended Darma Yudha School. They completed their Senior High School education there, focusing on Science. In 2017, Vishiela enrolled at Singapore Management University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. This educational journey concluded in 2021.
