Genaldo Vargas has extensive experience in international business consulting and healthcare management. Currently serving as an International Business Consultant at both Gerson Lehrman Group Limited and Guidepoint since 2007 and 2019, respectively, Genaldo also holds a position as a Master's Degree Teacher at Universidade Jorge Amado and has been the President of Espaço Psicanalítico da Bahia since 2001, focusing on the expansion of psychoanalysis. Previous roles include CEO of Greenlife Consultoria e Gestão Em Saúde until 2022 and Executive Director at Hospital de Atendimentos Médicos de Irecê, where efforts were made to transform the facility into a regional healthcare reference. Genaldo's earlier experience includes managing five branches as Regional Manager at Wilson Sons SA. in the Northeast of Brazil. Educational qualifications include a Master in Business Administration and International Business from Universidad de Extremadura and a law degree from Universidade Cândido Mendes, along with ongoing studies in Psychoanalysis at Instituto de Psicanálise.
