Marouf Khan possesses extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Lead Associate in Financial Crime at the Financial Conduct Authority since September 2015, with prior roles including Senior Associate in Insurance and Regulatory Associate in Authorisations. In addition, Marouf co-founded WellBuddy in 2021, a digital wellness tool aimed at fostering a positive wellness culture in businesses. Previous roles include Quality Checker at Deloitte, Policy and Process Officer at Hertfordshire County Council, and Researcher at Bretton Woods Project, where a significant report on IMF Transparency was produced. Marouf holds a Level 6 Diploma in Investment Compliance from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and a degree in Politics with Economics from Goldsmiths, University of London.
