Lucila Gambino is a Managing Associate at Triangle Associates, Inc., where expertise in facilitation and public involvement supports rural, urban, and environmental justice communities, as well as government entities. Previous roles include Equity & Inclusion Lead at Taproot Ventures, where Lucila focused on fostering resilient and inclusive team environments, and Organizational Transformation Coordinator at KEEN, implementing justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion programs. Lucila also developed programs for marginalized Latina women at Adelante Mujeres, served as an Expedition Instructor with Big City Mountaineers, and held teaching positions with various outdoor education organizations. Lucila holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Tulane University and continues to enhance outdoor education qualifications through NOLS.
