Katie Hall has over a decade of experience in client services and operations within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience at Guidant Financial since July 2015, Katie has progressed through various roles including Senior Client Experience Manager and Client Experience Manager. Prior to this, Katie held roles at Vanguard from March 2013 to June 2015, where responsibilities included responding to inquiries about Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit accounts as well as providing customer support for 401(k) plans. Experience also includes a position as a Senior Underwriting Specialist at GO Financial and an Operations Specialist II role at Edward Jones, focusing on underwriting life insurance and related applications. Katie is Series 6 and Series 63 licensed.
