Kristin Pedersen serves as the Operations Manager at Guidance Residential since July 2017, following several roles within the same company, including Underwriter and Senior Account Manager from May 2012 to June 2015, and Account Manager from April 2010 to September 2011. Prior to that, Kristin held the position of Senior Mortgage Consultant at JPMorgan Chase from September 2011 to April 2012, managing client accounts throughout the loan application process. Kristin's earlier experience includes working as a Qualified Mental Health Professional—Case Manager at Assisted Care, providing intensive in-home support to families, and as an Employment Specialist at Learning Perspectives, Inc., where Kristin helped clients secure supportive employment. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, completed in 2006.
