Zofia Bolewicz, PHR, is a seasoned professional in talent development and human resources with extensive experience, currently serving as Director and Talent Development Lead at Guggenheim Partners since June 2022. Prior to this role, Zofia held various positions at Lazard from July 2011 to June 2022, including Senior Vice President of Talent Strategy and Vice President of HR Business Analyst. Zofia's career spans roles in employee relations, recruitment, and policy development at organizations such as AXA US and the American Red Cross in Greater New York.
