Olivia Gatto is currently serving as a Lateral Recruiting Coordinator at Guggenheim Partners, a role held since December 2021. Prior to this position, Olivia worked at GroupM as a Senior Associate in Talent Acquisition Operations from May 2021 to December 2021. Olivia gained experience in the media sector at Mindshare, where roles included Media Buyer and Associate Media Buyer from September 2018 to May 2021. Additionally, Olivia contributed to the Ridgefield Academy Advancement Department in 2017.
