Pooja Arora has diverse work experience, starting in 2017 with a summer internship at GMR Group. Pooja then worked as a business consultant intern at Ink Pot Online Private Limited in 2017 and at A.V. UNICOATERS PRIVATE LIMITED in 2018. In 2020, Pooja joined KPMG Australia as a data analytics consulting virtual intern and also worked at GuestReady Group, starting as a finance associate and later transitioning to a business intelligence analyst role.

Pooja Arora pursued a Master's degree in Management at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College, between 2016 and 2019. Additionally, they obtained the following certifications: SQL Essential Training from LinkedIn in July 2020, Tableau Essential Training from LinkedIn in June 2020, and Advanced Cyber Graduate from Riot in April 2023.
