Dannika Mananquil has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dannika started their career at Raffles & Company Inc. in 2011 as an Accounting Staff and worked there until 2014. Dannika then joined Monark Equipment Corporation as an Accounting Assistant from 2014 to 2015. After that, Dannika worked at Abacas International Technical Works LLC as an Administrative and Accounting Assistant from 2015 to 2016.

In 2017, they joined Sama Sama Holiday Homes as an Operations Manager. During their time there, they played a key role in building the startup from the ground up and successfully selling it to Airsorted, a global company. Dannika's responsibilities included property management, operation management, recruitment, guest services, invoicing, accounting, bank reconciliation, inventory management, and supplier coordination.

Recently, Dannika joined GuestReady Group in 2019. Dannika started as an Account Manager and was promoted to Senior Account Manager in October 2021. Dannika'srole in the company is currently ongoing.
