Carleen Laronn has diverse work experience in various industries. Carleen started their career in 2010 as a Lead Maître D and Marketing Coordinator at Japoix Restaurant and Lounge. In 2011, they worked as a Marketing/Assistant Manager at The Village Medical Center until 2015. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Fashion Model at Wilhelmina Models. In 2014, Carleen joined Pineapple Interiors as a Project Manager/Lead Designer, and they worked there until 2017. In 2018, they established their own company called The Model Home, where they serve as the Owner/Interior Designer. Carleen specializes in interior styling for Airbnb rentals and has a Vacation Rental division that focuses on maximizing revenue through great interior design. Carleen's most recent position is as a Designer at Guest House, starting in 2020.

Carleen Laronn received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Carleen completed their degree program from 2008 to 2011.
