Rosette Kindsfather currently serves as the Director of Allocation at GUESS?, Inc. since November 2018, following a tenure as Allocation Manager at Tillys from October 2014 to November 2018, and prior experience as Senior Allocation Analyst at Tilly's from December 2008 to October 2014. Rosette holds an Associate of Arts degree in Merchandise Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising - Orange County (2006-2007) and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Government, as well as Political Science and Sociology, from Concordia University Irvine (2000-2004). Educational background includes a diploma in General Studies from Laguna Beach High School (1996-2000).
