Caroline Marciano serves as the Senior Manager of Corporate Philanthropy at GUESS?, Inc. since January 2021, overseeing initiatives under GUESS Cares and the GUESS Foundation. Previously, Caroline worked as a Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Malibu Treatment from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included facilitating recovery groups and conducting client intake assessments. Earlier experiences at GUESS?, Inc. include roles as a Marketing Intern in 2009, assisting with retail events, and as a store associate in 2006, focusing on customer service and inventory management. Caroline obtained a degree from USC Marshall School of Business (2008-2013) and later pursued further education at Antioch University-Los Angeles from 2017 to 2019.
