Alexandre Routier is a Co-Lead Data Scientist at Guerbet, focusing on a project to automatically detect and diagnose prostate cancer using various medical imaging and biological data. Notably, Alexandre and collaborator Noëlie Debs achieved a first-place ranking in the PI-CAI challenge for clinically significant prostate cancer detection. Previous experience includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at Inria, leading projects in medical imaging, as well as a Research Engineer and PhD Candidate at the Institut du Cerveau – Paris Brain Institute, where the PhD research revolved around multimodal image analysis techniques for studying primary progressive aphasia. Additional roles included various internships and a focus on neuroimaging data analysis methods and applications. Alexandre holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Sorbonne Université and degrees in Theoretical and Applied Mathematics and Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from esteemed institutions.
