Sandy Thorpe is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as Procurement Manager at G.U.D. HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sandy spent three decades at DRiV Incorporated, first as Global Purchasing Manager, overseeing all aspects of raw material and component purchasing and implementing supplier contracts and site service agreements. Sandy's expertise includes price negotiations with both local and international suppliers, as well as managing contracts for Tier 1 suppliers in the OE business. Additionally, Sandy held the position of Senior Buyer at Federal-Mogul Motorparts from March 2003 to December 2015. Sandy's educational background includes attendance at Amanzimtoti High School from January 1987 to December 1991.
