Winston Rolle, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Since January 2018, Winston has served as the Business Development Manager at Peaceful Tides Wellness Center and has been a Certified GrowthWheel Advisor at the Small Business Development Center since August 2018, providing training and advisory services. As a Partner and Strategic Initiatives & Special Projects Manager at PMT Consulting Ltd. since April 2005, Winston specializes in technology and management consultancy. Additionally, Winston has held various partnerships with Bahamas Power & Air Ltd. and Guardsman Bahamas Limited, where the latter focuses on treasury and cash management services. Previous roles include Vice President of Equities at ArawakX Pan Caribbean Securities Exchange and Chief Executive Officer of the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers Confederation.
