Roxan Wais-Shirley currently serves as the General Manager of Marketing, Sales & Customer Service at Guardsman Group Ltd, a position held since February 2012, alongside roles such as General Manager of Sales and Business Development & Customer Service Manager. In addition, Roxan is a Director at LRN Limited since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager at The Jamaica Cultural Development Commission and as a Business Development Officer at Trade Winds Citrus Ltd. Roxan holds a Real Estate Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment from Harvard Extension School, an MBA in Marketing from the Mona School of Business and Management, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from The University of the West Indies.
