Caleb Courier has a diverse background in software engineering and leadership roles. Caleb is currently working as a Principal Engineer at Guardrails AI since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Software Engineer at TinyStacks from 2021 to 2023. Caleb has also gained extensive experience in the field while working at Bayer Crop Science as a Principal Software Engineer and Software Engineer from 2014 to 2021. Additionally, they have held positions at Southeast Missouri State University as a Supplemental Instruction Leader, Research Intern, and Teaching/Laboratory Assistant, and at rue21 as a Sales/Stock Associate. Caleb started their career as a Night Shift Leader and Driver at Roughhouse Pizza.

Caleb Courier earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics with emphases in Astronomy and Remote Sensing, as well as a minor in Mathematics, from Southeast Missouri State University. This educational journey took place from 2010 to 2014.
