Cheryl Ponter has extensive experience in the real estate and housing sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Manager at Guardian Real Estate Services since January 2013, where responsibilities include assisting families with affordable housing through the Section 42 LIHTC program. Previously, Cheryl worked as a Licensed Agent at The Stiles Agency, focusing on relocating corporate clients to the Austin market, and as an HES Specialist at the Housing Authority of the City of Austin, providing Section 8 assistance. Earlier career roles include traffic and creative services at Fox Broadcasting Company and traffic scheduling at Metro Networks. Cheryl holds a degree in RTF/Communications with a focus on Advertising from Sam Houston State University.
