Dan Francis is a seasoned mortgage banking professional with 22 years of experience in originating home loans for both purchase and refinance. Currently serving as a Mortgage Loan Originator at Guardian Mortgage, a division of Sunflower Bank, N.A. since April 2024, Dan specializes in FHA, VA, USDA, JUMBO, and Conventional financing across all 50 states. Previous roles include Senior Mortgage Banker at First State Bank of St. Charles, Senior Mortgage Advisor at Caliber Home Loans, and Senior Loan Officer at various institutions. Dan co-founded American Financial Lending, Inc., leading it to significant production while managing office operations at Meridias Capital.
