Keith Namiot currently serves as the Head of In-Plan Annuity at Guardian Life, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Namiot led Institutional Markets at Equitable from March 2017 to October 2024, focusing on innovative solutions tailored for institutional clients. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for Group Retirement at Equitable and heading the Employer Sponsored Markets Product Development at AXA US from 2002 to 2017. Namiot's career also includes positions at McKinsey & Company and MassMutual Financial Group as an Associate and Investment Specialist/Agent respectively. Namiot holds an MBA in Finance and Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Asian Studies from Colgate University.
