Heather Finch is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in proposal management, team leadership, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Proposal & Presentation Solutions and Co-Lead of the Women's Leadership Network at Guardian Life since May 2016, Heather leads a team focused on developing insightful materials that showcase the value of group insurance products. Prior to this role, Heather managed sales support and proposal efforts at Duncan Solutions, oversaw employment services at GT Independence, and contributed to community outreach as Assistant Manager at People's Food Co-op. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Management from The University of Arizona Global Campus, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing and Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Creative Writing and Environmental Studies from Western Michigan University.
