Dianne Ramos currently serves as the 2nd Vice President and Head of Ethics at Guardian Life, where responsibilities include building and maturing the Ethics Office and overseeing compliance functions. During tenure, Dianne has held various positions including Director of Ethics, Policies & Governance, focusing on policy governance and the enterprise compliance training program. Prior experience includes roles at Park Avenue Securities as a Learning Specialist and Morgan Stanley where Dianne progressed from Client Service Associate to Communications Manager, enhancing operational efficiencies and involving in extensive training programs. Dianne holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and French from California State University, Fullerton.
